About conducting a training seminar under the guidance of President of the United Federation of Traditional Karate of Russia P.V. Chernousova (6th Dan TKI)

1. Goals and objectives:

• Popularization of traditional karate in the Altai Territory and regions of Siberia;
• Popularization of a healthy lifestyle by practicing traditional karate;
• Study of the Training System of traditional karate, Shotokan style, as part of the program Traditional Karate International Institute (TKI).

2. Management of the seminar:

General management of the organization and holding of the seminar is carried out by the FSOO "Federation Traditional Karate-Do of the Altai Territory "

3. Dates and venue:

The seminar is held on May 29-30, 2021: Altai Territory, Biysk, st. Radishcheva, 20/2 (Gym MBU "Sports complex" Zarya ")

4. Seminar participants:

Members of the Federation of Traditional Karate of Altai Territory are allowed to participate in the seminar, trainers-teachers of traditional karate, as well as invited athletes and karate trainers and martial arts of the Altai Territory and regions of Siberia.

5. Seminar program:

• Basic principles of Traditional Karate. Todome.
• External force. Kinetic chains. Impact.
• Kumite. Mental connection. Yomi.
• Kata. Technics. Moving. Principles of Budo.
• ESIOS OFTKR.
• Certification program for 1-2 dan TKI.

Attention! For representatives, entrance to the hall in changeable shoes (flip-flops, shoe covers) The presence of spectators in the hall is not allowed Photo and video filming is prohibited.
