BENEFITS OF TRADITIONAL KARATE DO PRACTICE
IN BODY ALIGNMENT

Each posture in our practice should cooperate to build our body alignment, if not we are doing a wrong movement.
The kinetic chain must cooperate in this action to make a good posture and to perform a good technical movement respecting the
physical laws of movements.
The method proposed by the Traditional Karate Do Institute (TKI)
is to make this happens, then mind, body and spirit will work in the same direction.
The Institute is all the time trying to join different disciplines to cooperate in the Traditional Karate Do practice, principally
from a very young age.
We are also preparing in different countries a program to make to understand authorities to install the TKI system of practice in the Education System.
Our seminars are going principally in this direction, we give to the Instructors and practitioners as well a method based in the principles of Traditional Karate Do who follows this concept.
